RMS Gateway

Authorized relocation coordinators now have secure, real-time access to invoices with the new RMS Gateway. Our new web platform offers the latest in technologies with ease of use, ability to email invoices, comment on an invoice with any questions or concerns as well as sort and locate all invoices from April 1, 2007 moving forward. We've already begun developing the next version of the platform which will launch this fall. The 2.0 version will allow you to place an order, make changes and track the status with a simple and easy to use interface.

Secure Access

Authorized relocation coordinators can now log-in with a unique e-mail id and password. Coordinators can change or request their password at any time.

Tabbed Interface

Our tabbed interface allows you to quickly access the latest invoices, or if you have made inquiries on invoices you can quickly access and see the status by clicking on the Inquiry tab.

Full Search

Our easy to use search function allows you to search by name, invoice number, and po number. Results are displayed on your RMS Gateway, in a easy to read format.

Locations

If you handle multiple locations, the RMS Online 1.0 allows you to quickly narrow content and view by a specific location or view all invoices for every location.

Viewing Invoices

You can easily adjust the display of invoices by selecting from one of our pre-determined date ranges or manually entering a custom date range for quick access to any group of invoices.

E-Mail Invoices

The e-mail invoice button allows you to quickly send a copy of a invoice as a PDF attachment along with a message to any e-mail address.

Live Comments

This innovative feature allows you to easily comment on any invoice which is immediately queued for RMS to pickup and respond to as received. This allows you to exchange information or request additional detail electronically. Each comment is stamped with a date and time and is located under the inquiries tab.

Tools

The Tools menu provides access to a RMS online calendar as well as a calculate and crate calculator for estimating costs.

Process / Status

If you handle multiple locations or work with a team, the RMS Online 1.0 allows you to quickly narrow content and view by a specific location or view all invoices for every location. You can easily check a invoice as processed so your team members can track the status of downloaded invoices.

Reports

You can also select from our standard reports to print out or access online at any time.

Sorting Results

Results can easily be sorted by selecting any column header for quick access to information in any format.
